HOTEL REGISTRATION:
There will be a change in room reservations this year for our 2010 convention. Due to the limited number of double rooms, when you register for the convention you will be able to select your room type. The Rendezvous will be handling all room registrations this year. If you choose a double room please note that your roommate will need to be registered by August 31, 2010, after this date all double rooms will be automatically switched to a single room if a roommate has not registered. Your credit card used for your convention registration will be used to guarantee your hotel room.

Double rooms are $89.00 per night (two queen size beds) and Single rooms are $69.00 per night (one king size bed.)

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PLAN

Rendezvous is happy to announce that we have set up a payment plan for the 2010 Rendezvous convention for event registration, classes and memorabilia, hotel charges will be billed separately through the Marriott Hotel at checkout. This payment plan will consist of 4 consecutive monthly payments of $49.75; your first payment will be billed on the date your registration is recieved, your next billing will be the following month on the same date as your first payment. Final payment must be made by August 1, 2010. Class fees and memorabilia will be divided equally and will be added to your monthly convention fee and billed to your credit card accordingly.

To participate in this payment plan your registration must be received by May 1, 2010.

There is a NO REFUND policy for the monthly payment plan should need to cancel for any reason please contact Nancy Neville at queennaneki@yahoo.com or 866-228-7498.

NON CREDIT CARD PAYMENT PLAN CANCELLATION POLICY
Convention registrations may be cancelled until midnight August 31, 2010 for a full refund, minus a $50.00 processing fee.

THERE WILL BE A $30.00 CHARGE FOR RETURNED INSUFFICENT FUNDS CHECKS

PLEASE NOTE:
*The Colorado Red Hat Rendezvous is not responsible for refunds of any fee or expenses beyond the convention fee.

*Once you have received your hotel confirmation in the mail, all changes will be handled through the Marriott Hotel, all hotel charges and refunds will be made directly through the hotel.

*NO SHOWS will be considered a non-refundable cancellation.
